We manufacture each order on demand and package them by hand. Because everything we do is bespoke, including packaging, we ship in 3-14 days upon receipt of your order.
Once your order is ready for shipping you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Courier delivery takes
1 – 4 business days to Romania and all EU destinations. 3 – 8 business days outside of the EU
All orders must be signed for upon receipt. Please make sure there is someone that can sign for the order once shipped. If there is no one to receive the package at the address, a redelivery is possible, but it is the responsibility of the client. If the products are returned to us undelivered, a second redelivery charge will be incurred.
Outlying destinations (Islands, remote postcodes, rural areas) may occur a surcharge and take longer to deliver.
Orders are delivered on working days. We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses.
We will make every effort to complete the order on time but there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control. If, for any reason, the product cannot be shipped in time, we will contact you and either agree on a later delivery date or agree to refund the order, in which case we the refund will be done according to our refund policy.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
EU customers do not have any import duties and taxes.
US and UK customers will have all import duties covered by DreamPrints.
Other non-EU / US / UK customers may be liable for import duties and local taxes.
UPON RECEIPT
All goods are thoroughly checked before shipping to ensure they meet our highest quality standards. However, please check all products for colour, design and quality or imperfections. Please inspect the wallpaper before installing it yourselves or with the aid of a professional team.
Wallpaper should be checked before cutting or hanging the rolls, as we will not accept any claims for defects after the rolls have been hung.
