8. Payment processing and payment processor
Payments made on the PAPERS AND WALLS website and platform are not collected by us, but through our payment processor, respectively stripe.com. Payments are also accepted via paypal. You will provide credit or debit card information directly to those who operate a secure server to process payment details, encrypt your credit / debit card information, and authorize payment. The information you provide to our payment processor is not under our control and is subject to their privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Please note that payment card details are not shared by the processor with PAPERS AND WALLS.

We keep your personal data as long as you have an open account and not more than 3 years from the date of placing an order, which is the general term of statutes of limitation period of civil liability. When you close an account and do not place an order, we will delete your personal data within 15 days of deletion. We may keep records of information collected automatically, such as: your e-mail address, your tax information; communications with you; and your transactional information (for audit, tax and commercial purposes) during the filing time, as required by law. When we no longer have a commercial reason or any legal obligation to keep that data, we will delete or anonymize it.
